China Cabinet

My curio cabinet, which sits in my entryway. It's filled with relics from the past - Waterford, Lladros, Hummels, Gold Imari. Most of these were wedding gifts. It's a different world now. When my daughter gets married, I doubt that porcelain and crystal will be among the main gifts. 

Polaroid Selfie

This picture was for a photo contest on Instagram, called #polaroidshoutout. 

The idea was to get creative with a Polaroid-shaped frame.

This is modeled after the pillow on my sofa. 

Folsom Prison

This is the famous Folsom Prison that Johnny Cash sang about. My hometown is Folsom, and the prison is a favorite city landmark. It looks like a bit like a castle, on the outside. 

Taco Tuesday

Many Fast-food restaurants which sell Mexican food, will offer a special deal for their tacos on Tuesdays. Our favorites are the fish tacos at Rubios.
