This blog was started to document my personal challenge of knitting a different patch every day for a year. I learned to knit in January 2013, and I started the challenge on March 1st, 2013. These daily patches became a journal of sorts, showing moments from my family's everyday life.

Vase
Big flower in a little vase.
My daughter gave me the beautiful red porcelain vase for my birthday last year. It's handmade from a place in town. She remembered that I liked their red-glazed pottery. So sweet of her!
